About the Keynote Speaker
Jennifer Jones-Mitchell is a senior marketing and communications leader turned AI strategist who brings rare credibility to the stage, combining decades of executive agency leadership with hands-on expertise in applying AI to real-world marketing and communications work.
Before founding Human-Driven AI, Jennifer held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most respected agencies, including Porter Novelli, Publicis, and Ogilvy. She also served for years as President of a mid-sized agency, where she was responsible for growth strategy, client success, talent development, and operational performance. That experience gives her a deep, practical understanding of how marketing and communications teams actually work—and where AI can meaningfully improve outcomes.
Today, Jennifer is the CEO and founder of Human‑Driven AI, an AI training and consulting company that helps marketing, PR, and communications teams operationalize AI across everyday workflows. Her work focuses on moving organizations beyond experimentation and into adoption—showing leaders how to integrate AI into content creation, research, media relations, campaign optimization, and internal processes in ways that are ethical, scalable, and immediately useful.
Jennifer is Cornell-certified in AI for Marketing through Cornell University and holds a B.A. in Communications from Oglethorpe University. She is known for translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable strategies that resonate with both executives and practitioners.
Her AI training and advisory work includes organizations such as Amazon Web Services, The Home Depot, American Red Cross, Spectrum Science, Georgia Health Policy Center, Labcorp, and more.
As a keynote speaker, Jennifer stands out because she doesn’t just talk about AI’s impact on marketing and communications—she demonstrates how to use it. Her talks blend executive-level strategy with practical frameworks and real examples, leaving audiences informed, confident, and ready to put AI to work the moment they return to their teams.
